Any New Golf Cart purchased from Five Star Golf Carts may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery or before the Golf Cart has been driven 20 miles, whichever occurs first, for a partial refund or credit.
Golf Carts being returned for refund or exchanged must be in excellent unused condition.
Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment, for the purchase price of the Golf Cart, less a $995 restocking fee and any discounts or promotions applied.
Exchanges will be credited towards the new purchase in the amount of the purchase price of the Golf Cart, less a $995 restocking fee and any discounts or promotions applied.
All original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Additionally, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to return the golf cart to our dealership in Tampa, FL during business hours (9AM-4PM) and to ensure it arrives in the condition it left in.
The purchaser will bear all costs associated with returning the Golf Cart.
Golf Carts will be inspected and tested upon receipt by Five Star Golf Carts prior to issuance of any credits or refunds. Golf Carts that have been converted into Low
Speed Vehicles are not returnable but may instead be bought back for less than the purchase amount since they are now used vehicles, regardless of the length of ownership.
A refund for the return or exchange of a financed Golf Cart will be disbursed directly to the financing company which fulfills the obligations of the original financing contract; for exchanges, the execution of new financing contract or agreement is required.
There are no exceptions to this policy for any reason including claims of damage or defect as we allow and encourage purchasing parties to come in and test drive our Golf Carts prior to delivery, regardless of their geographic location.
Any Used Golf Cart purchased from Five Star Golf Carts is sold “As-Is” and may not be returned or exchanged.
The Manufacturer's Warranty is different depending on the manufacturer, and which cart you purchase.
Used carts will come with a 30 day warranty.
This warranty will cover any major components of the cart such as the motor, controller, and integrity of the frame.
